If you want to upgrade your level quickly then you can consider about the way of entering into the team.
   Some days that I was on the team passed, I find that there is not good things on the team. The distribution of economy is not very good. Because when some one player gain a little cheap snw vis, he need to hand in a leader of this team, and sometimes some players were participating a action that together to kill the big monsters and then the Sword of the New World money which was gained would not know how to distribute. If distribute not well, some players will have a mood of injustice. And also there is a quarrel of economy. If some player wants to buy the requirement, he must have to buy vis first by himself. Maybe in the world there is two-sidedness in every thing.
